A quick reminder of our new Financial Services referral process with our colleagues at Shackleton, who offer broad range of Financial Adviser Services, including Pensions, Mortgages, Protection and Investments.  To find out more about the team at Shackleton and the services they offer, please click on the image below. 

Making a referral 

You will now find a link to the referral form on our intranet, entitled “Financial Services” in the top banner.  

By completing and submitting this form, it will  automatically send the referral to our colleagues at Shackleton who will then pick up this lead, and run with it, keeping you informed of progress and updates (and of any further info requests) on a weekly basis. 

We trust this will enable an even slicker service for us to all help our clients with their Financial Services’ needs. 

The, completion and submission of such leads are also then tracked and monitored internally so that we know the volume, frequency, and success of this service as we strive to offer clients added value/advisory support.
