Training Insight

Having recently found out I have passed my final ACCA exam, I wanted to share an insight on my training experience here at LB Group.

I started at LB three years ago as an accounts junior, having just passed my AAT qualification. The ACCA exams soon started, and at that time, it felt like I was a long way off being qualified. The exposure to different areas of work kept me focused and interested, and I knew that with each exam I passed, I was one step closer to my end goal!

Having been able to now look back and reflect on the progression I have made at LB Group, I hope this will encourage our current and future juniors to remain motivated – if I can do it, so can you! It is a great feeling to be now reviewing work that I once was preparing and to have much more responsibility within my role.

I am very grateful to everyone at LB who has helped get me to where I am today. The hard work and studying really has paid off and I look forward to seeing what the future holds for me at LB Group as a chartered accountant.
