True Potential – Refer and Reward Incentive

Most of you will be aware of the exciting new relationship LB Group has formed with one of the UK’s largest Financial Advice Providers, True Potential. Through this association we can now provide access to the UK’s market leading technology for Pensions and Investments, access to Portfolios from the World’s largest fund managers and great value for money.

In addition to the great benefits all clients will have access to going forward we have also negotiated and initial window where all clients can access this new solution, completely cost free! To give this some context our average client has around £175k, and with fees to move pension money generally around 2% that’s a saving of £3,500. For clients with larger pension pots the savings are even greater. This initial offer is only available during the next 3 months so it’s vital that we make sure all clients are aware of this offer and have the opportunity to take it up before it becomes chargeable.

To support the communication of this to all clients we will be introducing 2 elements from today;

• We are appointing a True Potential Project Manager to each office. These are Matt Barnett for Stratford & Chelmsford, Vicki Andreetti for Colchester and Tom Butterworth for Ipswich. Each Project manager will be responsible for making sure            all clients have received contact from us. They will be in touch shortly to provide guidance in how you can raise the topic with your clients and to provide you with some additional marketing collateral.
• A new incentive scheme to reward the additional effort that we require from you in relation to this project.

• • With immediate effect we will pay £50 to any member of staff who creates a referral to the LBFS team in relation to True Potential, regardless of whether the client chooses to take up the offer or not.
  • For those clients who do choose to take up the offer the incentive will be increased by £100, to £150 in total.
  • All referrals made during the current calendar month will be paid to you in the following month’s salary.

It is imperative that we reach all clients with this message so to keep the spotlight on it you will also see regular communication over the coming months as well as league tables and ad hoc incentives!
