Upcoming Headshot Photography

Hi all, 

Marketing will be visiting various offices for further headshot photography which is available for all staff. We recommend booking a timeslot as we would like all staff to update their Outlook/Teams profile photo to their headshot.  

Those who have had a headshot taken recently can request a copy by emailing the Marketing team. 

The visiting dates for headshots are: 

• Chelmsford – 4th March 9:30am-1pm 

• Colchester – 11th March 9:30am – 2pm 

If you are located in these offices and would like your headshot taken, please email Maddy Pickup to book your timeslot. Please note we may be taking stock images of the offices during our visit. 

Further headshot photography dates and locations are TBC.  

If you are having your headshot done, please follow the guidance below: 

What to wear 

• Please come dressed smart casual; this should be suitable for client facing but does not need to be a suit 

What NOT to wear 

• Please avoid anything branded for copyright reasons 

• Striped, brightly coloured or intensely patterned e.g. dogtooth or chequered – This can affect the quality of the photo or be distracting/overwhelming in a close shot 

• Clingy or shiny fabrics – These can highlight every crease!
