The Employee Referral Fee – How does this benefit me?
You have the chance to receive an award based on the tiered structure below. If you have someone in mind that does not fit within these tiers or the current open vacancies, we are always happy to receive speculative applications too.

| Qualified | £ 1,500.00 |
| Senior or Assistant Manager | £ 2,000.00 |
| Manager | £ 2,500.00 |
| Senior Manager | £ 3,000.00 |
*by qualification or experience
The reward will be split into two payments; 50% when the employee starts with us and 50% when they have successfully completed their probation period. Rewards are subject to the normal tax and NIC deductions.
How many people can I refer?
There is no limit to the number of candidates you can refer and receive the reward for.
Can I only refer to the office I am based at?
Absolutely not, you can refer for roles at any of our office locations.
