Welcome to Maddie Orrow!

Welcome to Maddie, who joined the Marketing Team this week as Communications Co-Ordinator.

Having worked with Maddie previously whilst she was on an internship in her placement year as part of her Marketing degree, I am delighted to have her join our team and look forward to her bringing her enthusiasm, experience and knowledge to support the firm’s marketing.

Maddie says:

“Hi I’m Maddie, a recent Marketing Graduate from Nottingham Trent University. During my time at university I completed an internship at a Marketing agency in Suffolk, focusing on Communications, SEO and Competitor Research, and was awarded CIM qualifications through my course. I also spent some time down under doing a semester abroad in Brisbane where I studied areas of Marketing including Media Relations and PR.

Additionally at university I was President of the Women’s Welfare society which acted as a safe space for self-identifying women at NTU. We worked closely with the university and local businesses to improve safety and support across campuses and Nottingham. During my time as President, my team and I created safety cards which act as a discreet way to ask for help when in an uncomfortable situation. The initiative was recently widely launched by my predecessor and has support from Ask for Angela, an organisation who we were inspired by when creating the safety cards.

Recently, I spent the summer working in Walt Disney World in Florida as a Merchandise Cast Member, achieving a lifelong dream. As a big Disney fan, it was an incredible summer working just steps from the iconic Magic Kingdom castle. I also enjoy attending concerts, going to the theatre and yoga.

I’m excited to be joining at a pivotal moment in the brand’s future.”
