Welcome to Martin and Revsan, who have joined our Ipswich team this week.

Martin Quinton, Tax Assistant Manager, and Revsan Dagdelen, Business Support, have almost completed their first week at LB Group. We are pleased that they have settled in so well.

Martin says:

“I’m Martin, originally from Ipswich and now settled in Manningtree with my partner and our trio of beloved dogs. I have a love for cooking, particularly baking, as it offers me both a creative outlet and a delicious reward. I’ve also started the challenging task of learning to snowboard, and I’m currently honing  my skills on the golf course ready (or at least trying) for the summer months ahead.

I started my tax career in 2013 at a local firm where I successfully obtained my ATT qualification, laying the foundation for my professional journey. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with both Corporate and Personal tax teams at various sized firms, including two top 10 practices. 

In my most recent role I worked within the private client team at a reputable regional firm of solicitors. Here, my focus was Trust compliance, IHT planning and CGT issues with divorcing couples.

My goal is to obtain the CTA qualifications and broaden my tax expertise along the way.”

Revsan says:

“Hi, my name is Revsan and I am 25 years old. I am from France but I live in the UK since one year and a half. I am passionate about photography and travels. I love to learn more about other people and cultures and it’s my dream to travel around the world even though I am very scared of planes!. In everyday life I am very smiling and always positive and I love to meet new people.

I have a bachelor degree in Management and Banking. I used to be a bank customer advisor for 2 years before moving in the UK. I loved my previous job because most of the time I helped my clients to manage their finances. I had a very good relationship with all the customers.

I am keen to help my team get the job done with my seriousness, determination, and enthusiasm.”
