Welcome to Rob Harden!

We are delighted to announce that Rob Harden joined the business yesterday as Group CFO. Rob will work closely with our new chairman Martin Wassell, with Sovereign Capital and with our management team to help us achieve our growth plans during this exciting next phase of our business development.

Rob is an FCA, having qualified with PwC in 1998. He has spent most of his career in insurance and financial services in London, most recently as Group CFO of a private-equity owned insurance intermediary.

Rob lives near Framlingham and will be based primarily in the Ipswich and Colchester offices. Rob was born in Chelmsford, went to school in Ipswich and (mis)spent a lot of his youth in Colchester – so brings a good combination of finance/PE experience and local knowledge.
