What is Neurodiversity?
We have received a recommendation from one of our employees in Colchester who would like us to share a post on the importance of Neurodiversity.
Neurodiversity refers to a world where neurological differences are recognised and respected as all other human variations, as explained in the link below.
With our brains wired to process information differently, approximately 15-20% of our population has a neurological difference.
Neurodiversity is about recognising those who have alternative thinking styles such as those with Autism, ADHD and Dyslexia. It is about embracing our differences and acknowledging the benefits.

Thank you to our colleague in Colchester for your highlighting the importance of this subject.
